Town Board meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at the town of Wilna Municipal Offices, 414 State St., Carthage, NY 13619. (Click Here For Directions)   There is a public forum at the beginning of each meeting for the Board to hear comments on topics of interest to residents.
